We can create designs according to your specifications and requirements at reasonable rates. Commission work is undertaken subject to contract. View a sample of the copyright sale contract here.

These are the deals we quote on:

  1. Copyright deal – The buyer will own the full worldwide copyright to the designs for life.

  2. 5 year Single Use License deal (with option to purchase copyright at any time of the license) – The buyer may use the design for a single pre-approved medium only. For example, the design may be used for a duvet but not on bed sheets or anything else.

  3. 5 year Unlimited Use License deal (with option to purchase copyright at any time of the license) – The buyer may use the design for any medium desired within the license period.

We will send you a quote based on the information that you provide. Commission work is undertaken on the payment of a 30% deposit (based on the total contract fee). This deposit is non-refundable.
